Public interest law center in the fields of international human rights and refugee law. Works to apply and enforce international human rights law throughout the world, including in the U.S. and in those countries receiving U.S. foreign aid. Works to ensure that persons seeking refuge in the U.S. receive the protections they are guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution and international law. Volunteer attorneys provide legal representation for individual asylum applicants who cannot afford counsel.
